Exciting and challenging opportunity to work the whole chain of custom apparel and medal manufacturing, from development with internal staff to factory production, pricing, and on through final delivery.
You are a key part of the company team, working with Sales staff on client’s designs, with our Art Dept. on custom graphics, and with our patternmaker for technical design and prototypes. You direct our factories to produce to spec, negotiate pricing and work with freight forwarders to ship on time.
This job is quick paced and entails a high degree of accuracy, eye for detail, problem solving and coordination of timelines. It requires high proficiency in Excel and a good command with numbers. You must think on your feet and be good at problem solving.
Ideal experience includes:
Product development, preferably in apparel and accessories
Working with offshore factories for custom orders
Familiar with different embellishments, especially screen printing, sublimation printing and embroidery.
Mastery in looking at many options for facilitating orders under tight timelines
Experience with factory production of towels, blankets, bags, hats, socks & medals
Spanish language
Someone who knows custom apparel business and medals a plus.
This is a full-time, in-office position with some at-home evening and weekend hrs.
