Looking for an employee to work into a full-time position here.
Compensation:
- minimum wage at first, paid every Friday
- within two month you will be paid $20 per hour if we keep you on
- 6 paid holidays and state mandated paid time off
- within 6 months you will be given a choice of health insurance or another raise
Employee I am looking for:
- appreciates autonomy, we have a great setting here tucked away in the woods
- quality driven
- interested in forging metal
- shows dedication, you do not learn this craft overnight, and you are not good until you have some decent time on the saddle
- mental and physically healthy (if time off is needed, take it, and come back ready to work - for your health)
- NO AXE GRINDERS, we are a smaller shop and we do not need bad attitudes, they are infectious.
- Otherwise, be able to take direction and I will teach you a lot of transferable skills in: forging, manufacturing and business
