What You Will Be Doing as an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor:

Oversight & supervision of 4-8 E&I Technicians and overseeing thecalibration, and repairs on PLCs, AC/DC motors, motor control centers (MCCs), DCS systems, HMIs & VFDs,

Oversight of electrical repairs, and assist with troubleshooting moto circuits, new installations of electrical components, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics

Assisting and training E&I Technicians withtroubleshooting Allen Bradley and Foxborough PLC systems (No programming experience needed, but is a plus), and working with DNA systems

Partner closely with the Maintenance Planner to assist with planned outages, large maintenance projects, and coordinating with the mill on repairs to avoid major shutdowns and downtime

Participate in maintenance budgeting and department business planning

Inspect repairs and modifications in the mill to ensure safe and reliable operations

What You Bring To The Table:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical/instrumentation experience and 2-3 years supervisory experience (preferably within a pulp and paper mill environment

Working knowledge of electrical safety procedures - NEC, NFPA 70 E, and OSHA

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals and blueprints

Familiarity with low and medium voltage switchgear, MCCs, and electrical distribution systems. Experience with DCS systems, process control computers, and electronic/pneumatic controllers & control valves

Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
