Looking to hire an embroidery machine operator who is an energetic and dedicated individual who enjoys working in a active environment. This position is for dayshift, Monday through Friday. You will be operating a multi-head industrial embroidery machine. You will help with machine activities and ensure our product exceeds the industry standards. A machine operator here is a highly regarded craftsman who is greatly relied upon for his or her specialized skills. There is potential for growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee, coordinate and run embroidery machines
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Process and interpret embroidery orders
Set up machine according to order specifications
Provide innovative solutions and feedback to improve plant efficiency
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant equipment you use
Assist with other shop-related duties as needed
Inspect merchandise to match client specifications
