We are looking for several folks to join our team asproduction operators in the Hillsboro area. This position will involve working with machines in a high technology environment. No experience is required, however one must have basic computer skills and attention to detail.Job Duties:Set up, load, unload, and monitor production equipment holding tolerances to specifications and insuring quantity of work being produced is meeting or exceeding production goalsSetup, operate, track performance and adjust production and test equipmentShut down equipment as requiredChange out equipment consumables as neededVisually inspect and access overall quality of the process and product, including cell and soldering qualityExecute procedural preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipmentSupport and troubleshoot tool operation problems and equipment repairsSupport inventory countsTransport raw materials, finished products and WIPFinish, detail and clean modulesApply existing work instructions, process specifications, test specifications, and technical documents in completing process stepsParticipate in process improvements.Requirements:Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency (e.g. GED).Ability to read and write in English and perform mathematical equations (add, subtract, multiply and divide) in all units of measure.Good comprehension skillsBasic computer skills.Have a high degree of focus on quality, housekeeping, and a drive towards meeting or exceed output goals.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.Shift/PayCompressed schedules, 3-4 day work weeks:Front Half Day - S, M, T every other WednesdayBack Half Day - Th, F, S every other WednesdayFront Half Night - S, M, T every other SaturdayBack Half Night - W, Th, F every other Saturday$13.50/hour on day shift, and $15/hour on night shiftTo apply, please state the title of the job posting, and why you believe you would be a good fit.I respond most quickly to text (please check with your carrier for text message rates before texting), however calling, or emailing with a resume, works as well.Michael KrauchakCell:(724) 496-6929Email: mkraucha@aerotek.comThank you!
