PERKS AND BENEFITS:

$19.00 - $24.00 / hour to start (Dependent on experience)

Monday-Friday, swing shiftschedule (Prior experience with either overnight shifts or 1-9:30 pm shifts is preferred)

Permanent, direct hire position

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Maintaining plant sanitation and hygiene - Adhering to GMPs for food processing facilities

Ensuring proper operation of all food processing equipment through constant monitoring while following specific SOPs

Verifying the condition of raw products (pallets, bags, beans) and confirming the inspections meet the passing criteria

Setting up food processing equipment and performing pre-operational checks before startup

Monitoring all processing equipment and documenting production findings on the computer and by hand.

Measuring and scaling ingredients following batch sheet requirements

Cleaning and sanitizing all processing equipment (Hoppers, tanks, pipes, flow panels, floors. Following HACCP, safety, and SQF standards)

Operating forklifts

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Minimum 1-year experience working at either a creamery or a cannery manufacturing facility

Experience operating forklifts

Experience working in a team and independently, being a self-starter and a quick learner go a long way here

Good math and reading skills

Must be able to read, write, and speak English at a level sufficient to communicate with other employees.

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in food manufacturing/processing.
