Omega Industries, Inc., a national manufacturing company is currently seeking a full-time Foreman for our Vancouver, WA location. This candidate will be responsible for a crew of 25+ employees.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years supervision experience
Minimum 3 years welding experience
Must have good written, computer, and verbal skills
Work closely with management
Be a proactive communicator
Responsible for daily QA/QC Inspections
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
Strong supervision skills and experience required along with an excellent attitude and proven track record.
