Position: Production Team Member
Job type: Full – Time
Responsibilities:
Efficiently navigate the production floor, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Maintain basic shop organization and cleanliness to optimize workflow.
Operate various tools and machinery with precision and safety.
Stand for long periods of time while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.
Exhibit keen attention to detail in all aspects of production.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with the signage industry is a plus but not required.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Composer.
Experience with operating epilog laser cutter a plus.
Ability to lift and maneuver materials as needed.
Need to be able to read shop drawings, follow and retain direction.
A great attitude and a positive outlook that energizes those around you.
Dependable, quality-conscious and take pride in your work.
Knowledge of various materials in the sign industry.
Experience applying graphics to a variety of surfaces and materials.
Experience using a table saw and basic shop power tools a plus.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of basic shop organization skills. Be able to stand long periods of time, you should enjoy working with your hands and have keen attention to detail. Be willing to work on your feet (stationery and walking) for your shift.
Pay depends on experience.
