We have a swing shift (12:30 pm to 9pm) opening at an industrial processing plant that produces small bag and bulk bag lime products and includes loading bulk trucks with product for shipping.
Forklift and other certifications are a plus as is any mechanical ability. The following is a brief description of the several individual work areas.
Bagger/Stacker – Requires physical activity including the ability to lift 35# sacks. Job includes filling bags with the equipment designed for that purpose and then passing them down the conveyor to the stacker who stacks it on a pallet. The pallet is moved by forklift to a plastic wrap station where it is wrapped and sealed. The forklift then moves the pallet to the storage area for eventual loading on a flatbed truck.
Bulk Truck Loader – Primary responsibility will be to load bulk trucks as needed. This includes handling the paperwork related to the shipping documents etc.
