All Star Labor and Staffing is hiring for multiple positions for a Food Manufacturing Company in the McMinnville area.
MACHINE OPERATOR
Responsibilities:
-Operate and monitor production machinery
-Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment
-Perform routine maintenance and document production info
-Follow safety and quality standards
Requirements:
-Mechanical aptitude + ability to read manuals
-Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
-Comfortable with physical, fast-paced work
-Able to lift up to 70 lbs and use a dolly/forklift
-Flexible with overtime
Schedule & Pay:
Day Shift: $20.63/hr
Graveyard: $23.13/hr (includes $2.50 differential)
PRODUCTION
Responsibilities:
-Work on a fast-paced food production line
-Prep ingredients, package, palletize, and assist with QC
-Follow food safety, allergen, and PPE requirements
-Sanitize equipment and rotate positions as needed
Requirements:
-Fluent in English
-Flexible for any shift/overtime
-Basic math + strong teamwork
-Able to lift 25–65 lbs and stand/walk up to 13 hours
Shifts & Pay:
Day: $16.50/hr
Graveyard: $19.00/hr
Shift Schedules:
Shift 1: Sun – every other Wed, 4am–4pm
Shift 2: Sun – every other Wed, 4pm–4am
Shift 3: Every other Wed – Sat, 4am–4pm
Shift 4: Every other Wed – Sat, 4pm–4am
