Responsibilities:

- Quality Control - You possess Jedi-level skills in ensuring that everything that comes your way is free of any oversights.

- Casegood Assembly- Assembling bookcases, credenzas and other casegoods.

- Organization and Cleaning - Keeping the area cleaned and organized is imperative and you’re the one willing to take on the task like a Tetris champion.

- Safety Compliance - You enthusiastically adhere to safety protocols and best practices for warehouse and production operations, including the safe use of equipment and handling of materials.

- Team Collaboration - You communicate clearly and carry the ability to understand and appreciate the diverse experiences of team members.

Qualifications:

- Attention to detail is a MUST - You've got the eyes of an eagle and can spot wood grain imperfections from a mile away.

- Reliability - You’re committed to being on time and showing up on the daily.

- Familiarity and proficiency with both hand and power tools strongly preferred -

Bring your crafting/building ability to Element! We’d love to see your skills! (Bonus points if you’ve ever built a treehouse that even a beaver would envy.)

- You’re an organizational wizard - You possess the ability to organize tools, materials, and ideas all while being capable of turning chaos into order faster than anyone can say
