Production Lead - Night Shift
Our client is seeking a Production Lead to oversee manufacturing operations at their state-of-the-art facility. This role is integral to maintaining efficiency, safety, and quality while fostering a positive team environment.
This position is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon, with a focus on the Night Shift from 5PM-5AM.

Production Lead - Night Shift Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Oversee a team of production associates, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
Interview, hire, and train staff to meet operational needs.
Quality Assurance and Food Safety
Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure products meet high standards.
Adhere to rigorous food safety protocols and GMPs, including lot traceability and inspections.
Maintain compliance with safety requirements, including proper use of PPE (e.g., slip-resistant shoes, hair nets, lab coats).
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity in production processes.
Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Flexibility and Adaptability
Step into various line positions when needed to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Be willing to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Cross-train in different roles for better operational coverage.
Production Lead - Night Shift Qualifications
Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment as a production lead.
Strong knowledge of food safety principles and GMPs.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
Familiarity with operational policies, practices, and basic computer skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team. All training and materials provided in English.
Compensation: 28.88/hr. (DOE)
