Our client has a strong training program and can help entry-level candidates gain the experience and skills necessary to advance their career in electronics manufacturing. They are looking for candidates who have an eagerness to learn and are dependable.

In this role you will be trained with the following:

- Work in conjunction with the Team Leader on daily work assignments to meet production goals.

- Accurately complete work orders, using ERP system, conducts regular cycle counts and assists with production inventory troubleshooting, so that inventory levels are accurate.

- Follow process documentation to process product, minimize operator error, and handle product carefully.

- Uses written and verbal communication to relate equipment and process information to others.

- Adapts to changing conditions or directions to accommodate work priorities.

- Participate in process improvement meetings and suggest improvements to ensure consistent production, quality standards, reduced costs and increased efficiency.

- Performs equipment set up, if necessary, verifies process prior to builds.

- Performs final quality check.

- Meets quality and quantity demands in a timely manner.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Motivated, Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment performing assembly, inspection, testing, and measuring procedures preferred, but not required (because they will train!).

- Prior experience using a personal computer with a Windows operating system preferred.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to problem-solve, to think and act innovatively.

- Demonstrated self-motivation.

- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 35 pounds multiple times throughout the day.

- Must be able to work onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon M-F

- Max comp $17/hr + health benefits and paid time off.
