Small but growing online distributor of automotive reconditioning equipment and automotive paint looking for the perfect candidate for assembly, shipping, and receiving of our supplies.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Shipping and Receiving:
Pulling inventory parts and custom parts to build orders.
Mixing automotive paint per computer formulas.
Printing shipping labels using online shipping software.
Reviewing purchase orders against packing lists and verifying quantities against actual quantities received.
Inventory Control:
Execute procedures for inventory verification.
Execute procedures for min/max stock orders.
Must be able to perform the following:
Know the proper process of packing and shipping of small to large items
Use time well
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Lifting up to 25 lbs
Maintain organized work space
Offer and implement creative ideas to improve efficiency
Qualifications
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word & Excel, customer information management.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Ability to work within time constraints.
