Our small business print shop is looking for a part-time person to join our team
The hours range between two or three days depending on workload (16-24 hours/week), with Mondays being a set day, and we can be flexible with the other days depending on what works with your schedule!
Our business features flexible start hours between 8am to 9:30 am. This position is great for someone who enjoys being surrounded by fun artwork! If this interests you, please read on to learn more about our business, and other details about the position.
To preface, we would like to emphasize that we’re definitely a fast-paced business which may not be a good fit for everyone, please let us know if you have experience in that kind of environment! Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
The team you will be working with is 6 people in size, and the whole team (includes remote folks) altogether is 19 people. Our shop is located in the Brooklyn neighborhood, right off the Orange max line.
The position entails joining a team of folks who do a shared rotation of the tasks below.
Please note you will learn the following tasks and will be trained on how to do them:
Using a large format laminator to laminate our product
Breaking down the cut-out product
Re-stocking boxes of product
Taking out trash/sweeping
We process so much wonderful and beautiful artwork every day. If you’re an artistic type of person, this would be a great fit for you!
