Title: Group Lead
Reporting to Program Manager and Executive Director

-Be reliable, hardworking, and have a good sense of humor.
-Provide general care and support such as ADLs, lifts, and transfers with hoyers.
Group Supervisors are responsible for all areas of direct care involving all clients at PASS. They are to report, adhere to, and enforce all policies.
Below is a list of general job duties that must be met. Items on the list may change at any given time based on the facility's needs. This list is merely a guide and may be added to at any given moment.
-Assist and direct DSP staff daily, ensuring everyone is taking their breaks on time and clients are getting restroomed.
-Provide good communication and assistance to DSPs to provide a teamwork environment.
-Put together the daily client assignment schedule and track it at the end of the day in the CAT.
-Provide support, retraining, or write-ups as needed to DSPs.
-Attend monthly manager meetings to discuss plans/issues/etc.
-Be available to stay late or arrive early if necessary.
- Check notes/ISPs and give retraining/write-ups as necessary.
-Be able to multitask in a high-volume situation.
-Ensure staff fills out attendance sheets by signing clients in/out for the day.
Provide general care and support such as changing and restrooming, feeding/hydration support, managing items and client funds, feeding, and hydrating.
Completing all expected daily documentation: Communication Log and ISP goal/action goals.
Report pertinent information to their program manager and medical supervisor in case of a medical concern.
Completion of incident reports as directed by the Medical Supervisor or Admin.
Completion of daily chores (provided on the chore chart).
Ability to lift clients weighing up to 120 lbs. with assistance from another staff or 60 lbs. independently.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time to meet the needs of the facility.
Partaking in all scheduled activities and outings with clients.
Attend all scheduled group meetings and all staff meetings.
Be able to communicate with all staff professionally.
