Inclusion Inc, a nonprofit support services brokerage, is currently accepting résumés for Personal Agents (PAs) to complete our team. PAs provide case management and coordination of services for adults with disabilities living in their own homes. In addition to assessing disability-related needs, connecting customers to resources to meet those needs, and overseeing the delivery of services, PAs also help customers identify desired outcomes to enrich their lives. All services are coordinated based on person-centered practices.
Inclusion has been selected as one of the 100 Best Nonprofits to work for in Oregon for the past several years. This is largely due to our positive, flexible, family-friendly work culture and excellent benefits. We are organized in a team-based structure with a results-oriented work environment. PAs are given extensive training and once their initial training is completed PAs have the freedom to manage their own workload through flexible scheduling as well as the opportunity to work remotely. Inclusion provides medical/dental coverage for employees and their dependents at no cost to the employee, as well as a generous retirement plan match. We encourage staff to take time off and have a required minimum number of vacation days per year. We focus on results, excellent customer service, and doing our jobs well, while maintaining a work-life balance.
We are looking for enthusiastic applicants who have relevant case management experience, the skills to manage multiple projects and demands on their time, as well as the ability to be flexible and responsive to customer needs and systemic changes.
