Friends of the Children–Portland, Oregon’s most admired nonprofit for 10 years, is hiring full-time Professional Youth Mentors (“Friends”) to walk alongside youth in our 12½-year program from kindergarten through graduation.
What you’ll do:
Mentor 8 youth (ages 4–18) through 1:1 outings, school visits, and activities to build skills and help them find their spark
Partner with families, teachers, and professionals to support each child’s goals
