As a shelter associate, you’ll have the opportunity to provide compassionate animal care and bring (and keep) cats and people together. In this role, you’ll help maintain cleanliness of animal housing and other areas, monitor cats and kittens for health and behavior, assist with record-keeping, support the public with adoptions and other services, answer phones and email, schedule appointments, train and oversee volunteers, and work the reception & retail desk. It can be busy, smelly, and loud sometimes — but if purpose-driven work that supports people and pets is meaningful to you, this is a truly fulfilling role!

1 Full-time Shelter Associate (Schedule Sunday-Thursday)
2 Part-time Shelter Associates (Schedule TBD/Weekends required)
Pay: Position starts at $18 per hour.
