Job Description: Including but not limited:
Manage Email Inbox
Proactively manage shared calendar, meetings, travel coordination, and inform the office of commitments/responsibilities
Set up and manage Zoom Meetings, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Clerical duties, compose/ edit/ proofread documents, and read emails to the President
Keep offices clean and organized
Maintain documentation systems, filing, scanning, and overall office organization
Assist the President with any current and future personal ventures
CPR (Certified Payroll Reporting)
