Local Property Management Company looking to fill a Full Time Community Manager at Westbury Apartments in Beaverton, OR. Westbury is 260 unit conventional well maintained garden style apartment community with one and two bedroom apartment homes.
The Community Manager is responsible for Leasing and qualifying of applicants, Resident, Staff & Vendor Management and overall financial and economic success of the property. This position is responsible for overseeing 5 staff members and is expected to be able to professionally and effectively work with and manage their team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years previous Management experience in the property management industry, be extremely detail oriented, professional and a self-starter, have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, and email. Experience with AppFolio and Tenant Tech is a plus. Must have current knowledge of Oregon Landlord Tenant Law and Fair Housing Laws.
On-Site living is required for this position. Compensation includes a Salary plus a two bedroom apartment home and a generous benefits package including 401k match, group medical plan, 6 paid holidays and 3.5 weeks paid time off.
