Seeking Experienced Customer Service Representative to Join our busy Printing/Marketing team.
Full Time to service clientele over the counter and by phone. Must be creative with helping clients project layouts, identifying scope of work, and providing quotes. Must have had previous customer service experience plus strong computer data entry skills.
Previous PRINT SHOP experience is preferred - but we will train the right fit for our team. All print production and finishing skills will be trained. Also, helpful if you have had exposure to Adobe Creative graphics applications
Main responsibilities include:
Communicating with customers in person and by phone. Submit Quotes, Create Work Orders for team members, identify paper requirements, manage project deadlines and Invoice customers upon project completion. Opening the store and ensuring the showroom/shop is tidy.
Secondary Responsibilities: Assist with all phases of print production as projects require
We work hard, value teamwork and provide great service to our customers. We are located in the Gateway corridor on Halsey. Your hours would be 8:15 to 5pm with a ( 45 minute lunch time). After 90 day probation period - we provide paid holidays and PTO (paid time off) accrual for sick time and vacation use.
