Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience, from scheduling to insurance and billing support. Proficiency with Eaglesoft software and a strong background in billing and accounting are highly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out.
Schedule and confirm appointments, optimizing patient flow and provider availability.
Accurately manage patient records, insurance verification, and financial transactions using Eaglesoft.
Handle patient inquiries regarding treatment plans, insurance coverage, and billing with professionalism and clarity.
Process insurance claims, track reimbursements, and manage patient account balances.
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintain a clean, organized front office environment.
Support general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting (dental experience preferred).
Proficiency with Eaglesoft software for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing.
Strong knowledge of insurance verification, claims processing, and patient billing.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
