DPI Staffing is seeking a friendly, customer focused dispatcher who is GREAT on the phone!
Can you dispatch a crew to a job site over the phone? Are you an organized administrative professional who can field customer requests at a high level? We want YOU to join our customer’s close-knit key and locking company in Beaverton! Our perfect candidate has dispatched technician crews to jobsites, can communicate directions and instructions in great detail, and has experience balancing high volume administrative tasks in a front desk role.
Duration: Temp to Hire
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Pay starts at $25/hr and DOE, as this is a dual role with both dispatching and administrative responsibilities.
Some duties for this role include:
Answering phones and checking voicemail
Assisting walk in customers
If customers walk in for parts, walk them over to our sister company’s shop
Dispatching locking technicians to jobsites, using clear communication to deliver detailed instructions on directions and customer requests and information.
Key Requests – Make keys & invoice customers
Take payments from walk in customers
Keep track of meeting schedule, take clients to conference room when they arrive for meetings, offer them water, coffee, or tea and get them what they would like.
Organize/clean supply cupboards & drawers. If anything is low, make note it needs to be ordered.
Order office supplies
General office clean-up (dust, wipe down counters, doorknobs etc., put things back where they belong)
Take invoice payments over the phone
Assist with ‘Best’ orders (taking order, pinning cores/making keys, shipping orders)
Shipping of key orders, or anything that production staff request to be shipped.
Projects (scanning, data entry, inventory, etc.)
