Responsibilities:
Managing the front desk and greeting visitors
Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
Providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants
Train and utilize AppFolio to handle the input of invoices and rent payments
Managing office supplies and inventory
Supporting the team with various administrative tasks
Modifying documents, as requested
Office filing
Requirements:
At least one year of previous experience in an office setting is required
Intermediate computer skills
Basic accounting knowledge
Canva experience is a plus
Bilingual experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Google Docs and Sheets
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch
