Position Overview:
As the New Construction Coordinator, you will be at the heart of coordinating operations within our New Construction Department. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a passion for delivering excellent service. If you have a knack for solving problems, managing logistics, and keeping projects on track, this is the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Team Coordination:
o Manage incoming calls for residential and commercial projects.
o Communicate effectively with job supervisors, ensuring timelines and project expectations are met.
Schedule Management:
o Maintain project schedules and set up job folders.
o Submit permits, schedule inspections, and order materials daily to ensure job continuity.
Operational Support:
o Track vehicle maintenance, fuel records, and repairs in coordination with management.
o Provide back-up support for Service/Retro Coordinators, and assist with phone duties as needed.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
o Proactively address issues and adjust schedules and resources to maintain job flow.
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail at all times.
What You Bring to the Table:
Organizational Excellence: Ability to keep track of various moving parts in multiple projects.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and various software tools to manage projects and communication.
Proactive & Independent: A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and takes initiative.
Team-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of project coordination, from permits to material orders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a construction coordination or project management role.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications:
1+ years of administrative/ New Construction coordinator experience
Strong computer skills
Advanced in Microsoft Office applications

Wage based on experience
