In-Home Personal Assistant

Looking for a personal assistant to support a busy professional female for 30 hours per week between 9 am and 3pm Monday - Friday. The person who fills this role would work in my home, and be exposed to personal areas of my life, therefore, a background check is required.

About Me: I work several jobs, run a business, and need an assistant to keep the ship running smoothly. My preference is for someone who is proactive with a high level of comprehension and a "get it done" mentality. I am a positive ideator with a creative mind. I lead several team members who rely on my organization in order to successfully complete their jobs.

Start Date is 7/29 with the potential to last through March of 2025, if all goes well. If we work well together and experience success through March 2025, I am able to offer a $2500 bonus.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an expertise in prioritizing tasks, planning ahead, and optimizing time to ensure efficiency

- High attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills

- High levels of integrity, trust, judgment, discretion and confidentiality

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively and strategically

- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and communication tools (Teams, Slack, Skype)

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks without compromising quality of work

- Positive, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

- Resourcefulness and ability to work independently

- Access to a reliable car to conduct errands

- Knowledge of the Portland Area

Nice to Have:

- Prior Personal Assistant experience

- Experience as an educator, teacher, or other learning professional

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience using Smartsheet

Responsibilities:

- Calendar management - up to 6 calendars

- Produce detailed Excel and Power Point presentations

- Edit, write, and update technical documentation

- Attend meetings, take notes, and manage notifications, and reminders

- Prepare reports and dashboards

- Schedule personal appointments, travel arrangements, and help with daily time management

- Handle and direct personal correspondence, including emails and physical mail

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

- Maintain confidentiality of all personal and professional matters
