Summary:
The Bookkeeper/Office Administrator plays a vital role in the management of Cherry Sprout’s business operations. Providing support to essential office functions including, bookkeeping and financial transaction tracking, payroll, accounts payable, invoice processing, price database management, budget and monthly margin reporting, filing and office maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Weekly Accounts Payable
Weekly bookkeeping, using Quickbooks Online
Entering checks, daily sales, matching transactions from bank feed
Maintain paper and electronic files
Monthly account reconciliation
Develop and maintain office systems that promote accuracy and efficiency
Bi-weekly payroll
Payroll related H/R: compliance, onboarding paperwork, benefits management
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
Prior knowledge and understanding of payroll, benefits management and third party payroll integration with QBO
Experience with Quickbooks Online, HubDoc, Microsoft Office Suite
Prior Accounts Payable experience
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible Schedule 10-12 hrs/week
$20-$25/Hr
