Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and daily revenue.
Description:
Manage schedules to meet expense needs.
Manage the relationship with third party vendors associated with reservations (i.e. NAVIS, SynXis, SMS).
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Records and listens to calls to train staff.
Provides feedback to revenue team.
Execute and train staff to sell and upsell.
Warm calling customers and closing sales.
Plans, assigns and directs workload.
Addresses complaints and resolves problems efficiently.
Coach and counsel staff to achieve maximum productivity.
Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
Reviews Agent work for exactness and conformance to policies and procedures.
Training new agents
Ensure accurate inventory management to maximize room availability for sale
Compensation:
$22.00-24.00 Hourly Depending on Experience

Schedule:
Full-Time-This is a 24-7, 365 day a year business that will require some work during nights, weekends and holidays. Must have a flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed.
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience working in Reservations, Front Desk or similar role.
Broad range of analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn new computer programs required for the position.
Ability to consistently meet performance standards.
Ability to accomplish projects in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to meet target goals and lead by example.
Ability to identify customer s needs and use various selling techniques to meet goals.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product.
Requires the ability to receive professional constructive feedback from management.
