An Office Administrator / Leasing Assistant is sought to join our team at our beautiful Rose Grove Mobile Home Park in Forest Grove. The position involves administrative and clerical tasks to support front office operations. The role also includes maintaining high occupancy and low delinquency levels within the park.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Support front office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and serving as a receptionist.
Perform general administrative duties such as typing, faxing, filing, and managing schedules and paperwork.
Handle communication with residents, providing support and addressing inquiries.
Assist with resident relations and ensure resident satisfaction.
Maintain multiple databases.
Process reports, invoices and credit card receipts.
Manage social media and marketing activities.
Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process.
Maintain high occupancy rates and manage delinquency levels.
Ensure adherence to established standard operating procedures.
Complete application packets and review new potential residents.
Maintain a neat and orderly office environment.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Strong resident relations and people skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong computer proficiency in Windows programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly and efficiently.
Will train in Rent Manager and SharePoint programs.
Knowledge and experience working with general office equipment (phones, copier, fax).
Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
Property Management knowledge a plus.
