Position Type: Full-time, Hourly
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
Location: In Office; Tualatin, OR
Wage Scale: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all incoming visitors
- Assist with clerical work
- Running reports, data entry, coordinating events
- Maintain and keep the office and showroom organized and clean
- Order office supplies when needed
- Assist Customer Service department with confirming and scheduling jobs
- Assist customers with product pick-ups/will calls
- Distribute mail throughout the office and prepare mail to be sent out
- Other duties maybe assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- One year experience as a receptionist is highly desired, but not required
- Working knowledge of computer and office equipment
- Billing experience in a professional service industry preferred
- Energetic self-starter
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Regular attendance is required
