Alzatex is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Order Processor.
As an order processor your responsibilities include:
Receiving orders
Orders are received from customers through various channels, such as by phone, email, website, or in person.
Helping customers
Order processors may help customers who are having trouble selecting the right items. In many cases, customers, especially government agencies, may need a written formal quote with the exact shipping costs before placing the order.
Processing orders
Order processors document orders and prepare shipping and billing details and enter the order into Quickbooks. Some customers require us to enter order processing data into online portals.
Transferring orders
Order processors transfer orders to the relevant department for fulfillment.
Ensuring accuracy
Order processors ensure that order information is accurate before sending it to the filling
department.
Delivering orders
Order processors are responsible for the smooth delivery of products or services. The appropriate
shipping labels must be created and affixed to the package(s).
Inventory and Product Status
Amazon and Ebay require us to update inventory, product updates, etc. into the respective online portal.
Attention to detail
Order processors should have exceptional attention to detail, both numerically and in written language.
Communication skills
Order processors should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills
Order processors should be proficient with basic computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and Quickbooks.
Adaptability
Order processors should be willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Experience
Order processors may benefit from experience in shipping or logistics, or in a similar administrative role.
