MedCure, Inc.Orders Team Support Specialist Status: Full-TimeDepartment: Business Development Classification: Non-ExemptReports to: Director of Account OperationsJob Summary:The Orders Team Support Specialist works with Customers, Business Development, Laboratory, Quality and otherfunctional groups as required to ensure orders are transacted accurately, in a timely manner, comply with orderprocessing guidelines, contractual and financial compliance. The Orders Team Support Specialist will beexperienced in a high complexity order processing environment, possess a strong understanding of cross functionalimpacts of transactions, and be flexible and solution-oriented. We are looking for passionate peoplewho have strong analytical, written and verbal skills, but are also empathetic, optimistic and customer-minded.Although we will empower you with the technical knowledge, strategies, tools and resources you will need, youshould be able to provide clear instructions in response to any question, pivot on a dime, and be adept at seekingout additional knowledge beyond the original question to provide exceptional service and drive deeperengagement with our customers.Essential Tasks:Process orders from the customer by reviewing purchase orders received against contract terms and pricing priorto entering sales orders into ERP system.Compose, compile and/or coordinate customer estimate requests.Resolve pricing and inventory discrepancies when they arise.Effectively communicate with customers regarding services offered by MedCure. Provide timely informationregarding the status of opportunities, estimates, orders and shipments.Provide internal reporting as needed.Maintain complete and accurate customer order files.Ensure that management policies and procedures are followed.Perform ad hoc projects and administrative duties as they are assigned.Sales Support - work with Account Executives to maintain sales opportunity information. Will review and compileestimates provided to customers.Opportunity Management - monitor incoming leads, ensuring sales opportunities are routed to the AccountManagers.Accountability:The actions and decisions of the Orders Team Support Specialist have a strong correlation to the company'srevenue and operations. Decisions and actions have a high impact on reputation and customer satisfaction.
