A growing financial services firm seeking an energetic team player who can work remotely in PST hours.
Administrative support:
>Facilitate client onboarding by setting up investment accounts and preparing applications
>Enter data in financial planning software
>Coordinate with service providers
>Prepare pre-filled forms/documents for clients’ signatures
>Format presentation materials
Marketing support:
>Lead generation and scrub
>Send marketing emails and post messages on social media
>Website content updates
>Vendor selection
Others:
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
College education
Proficient in Google suite including docs, sheets, slides
Experience preferred, but not required. Will train.
Strong attention to detail
Willing to learn and work as a team
Compensation:
8 to 12 hours a week to start, negotiable
