PART TIME RECEPTION/ OFFICE HELP/ CUSTOMER SERVICE
Company: Construction Company is looking for a part time customer service rep. to join their team!
Pay will depend upon experience but it will be in the range of $18-25/hr for the right person. Paid holidays, Paid sick days, Bonuses, lunches, flexible work schedule, and your own office! we are a small business so we are not offering medical insurance at this time.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Phones and scheduling appts (primary)
-Customer service (primary)
-Data Entry
-safety checks
-customer communications, updates, schedules, etc (primary)
-Organizing and maintaining files (primary)
-excel spreadsheets and job logs (primary)
-Team work to support office needs (primary)
-other tasks as needed
must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check, and have office work experience.
must love to work around dogs and ok to wear jeans to work, casual office. small business.
Hours: monday-friday 8:00 am- 1:00pm.
25 hours a week.
