Professional Office looking for a professional team mate who arrives to work daily with a smile on their face and ready to assist with our many onsite clients and their guests throughout the week. Duties include basic receptionist tasks to greet visitors, acknowledge and engage with our clients with requirement to have the ability to assist them in any administrative duties they may require. This will include making photo copies, scanning, faxing, reserving meeting rooms, making coffee throughout the day, sorting mail, receiving overnight packages and amazon deliveries, etc. This position is the face of my company, so critically important to have the best first impression demeanor. Minimum hours will be approx. 20-25, with the goal of coverage from Noon-5pm Monday - Friday. Flexibility to work additional hours when other team members have out of office requests. Hourly rate ranges from $16/hr-$20/hr based on experience.
