Sargent's Motorsports is a family owned Motorcycle / Powersports dealership in Southeast Portland.
We currently have an immediate opening for a Receptionist and Office Assistant part time Vehicle Title Clerk
Vehicle Title Clerk knowledge a plus, if not we can train the right person to be a "Vehicle title clerk"
Needed 3 days a week 9 to 5 Tuesday and Wednesday and 10 to 5 Saturday with the possibility of full time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a fast learner, able to take direction without repeat, is new to the industry, and is looking for a foot in the door.
Responsibilities and MUST HAVE Skills needed of this position include:
Must have basic math skills;
Have good work ethics and be a self motivator able to stay busy;
Be out going and able demonstrate friendliness when greeting customers;
Manage a high call volume multi-line phone system;
Direct calls to other departments in a professional manner and take messages;
Computer Skills to include; typing, data entry, organize and update files;
Photocopying of documents;
Ordering and replenishing office supplies;
Other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
On the job training if needed to process vehicle titles
