Receptionist/Office Assistant

Seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented individual for a busy General Contractor in Kelso, WA.

Essential Job Functions:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees

Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner

Sending and dispersing mail, UPS, FED EX etc.

Ordering & maintaining all Office Supplies

Running Errands (Banks, Office Supplies Etc.)

Support Accounting Dept., Project Managers, Etc. in miscellaneous tasks

Certified Payroll

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of professionalism and courtesy

Works well with others and can multitask

Great attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Microsoft word/ Excel/ Outlook
