We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Property Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and ready to start a career in property management. As an Entry-Level Property Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring a positive living experience for our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with leasing and tenant relations, including conducting property tours and processing applications.
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
Manage rent collections and follow up on delinquent accounts.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property maintenance.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met.
Assist with marketing and advertising vacant units.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or business administration is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of property management software (training will be provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
