Summary of Position
We are looking for a floating Maintenance Tech for the Beaverton/ Tigard area. You will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
- Performing maintenance services to enhance the property's curb appeal
- Providing on-going maintenance to property and building to minimize risk and contribute to resident retention
- Completing apartment turnovers in a timely manner
- Responding to after-hour maintenance emergencies
- Maintaining professionalism when working and communicating with team and residents
Requirements
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance, general maintenance or related field
- Disciplined self-starter with strong time management skills
- Well-organized & responsible
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver license
- Must have basic set of maintenance tools
- Must undergo a background check
- Office hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 am - 5pm
Preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Advanced appliance repair knowledge
- Appfolio experience
