Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for an Assistant Manager II with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 284-unit, Class A apartment community of Stoneplace Apartment Homes. Amenities include a community clubhouse & lounge, playground, pool & spa, fitness center and athletic court.
You will be assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements, as well as support and fill in for the leasing agent to lease apartments, answer phones, and tour prospects.

Location: Stoneplace Apartment Homes (Molalla, OR)
Hourly Rate: $23-$25/hr.
Schedule: FT, Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $25 cell phone stipend, eligible for bonuses, and mileage reimbursement
