GSL Properties has an opening for a Maintenance Tech 3 who wants to work for a company that believes in, trains, and values its employees!
Do you have 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field such as general maintenance or construction? Do you have 3+ years of experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, carpentry and painting? Are you a good communicator, do you have a positive attitude and a team mentality? GSL and and its affiliated companies develop, build, own and manage over 6,000 apartment units, with new projects currently under development and construction. Qualifications:
The successful applicant will have a minimum of thee years of maintenance experience or equivalent related experience. Painting skills are a must, as well as general knowledge of minor building maintenance, i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repair. Must be able to consistently complete grounds, work orders, and turnovers by specified deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. Pool certification is optional.
