EXPERIENCED TEAM (2 persons). Candidates must be proficient with WORD and familiar with computerized accounting systems. All-age community with 277 sites, no pool or community center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, rent collection, leases, notices, resident relations, four-sided home inspections, resale compliance inspections, banking, correspondence, screening, mowing, and maintenance assistance. The community is in good condition, streets, lighting, etc. We have a full maintenance staff in place, new manager many be asked to assist team on big projects. The park, grounds, office and files are in very good shape, nothing to fix. We are open to compensation based on experience and also willing to discuss other potential candidate needs.
