Rent Portland Homes Professionals - manages hundreds of single-family homes, townhomes and condos across the Portland Metro Area and has need for a - FULL TIME – PORTFOLLIO MANAGER.
A successful candidate Should have extensive experience in Property Management.
Experience with AppFolio a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, vendors, and team members.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Job Duties Will Include:
Consult with Owners, Tenants, and vendors to schedule maintenance work orders and repairs.
Perform move-ins & Move-outs.
Manage tenant relations, tenant inquiries, requests, and any potential complaints.
Promptly and professionally maintain a high level of customer service.
Manage tenant notices, evictions, rent assistance funding and collections.
Manage property records, including leases, contracts, and financial documents.
Stay knowledgeable and updated with local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
