Shelter Management, Inc. is looking to hire a residential manager!
Requirements as followed:
Must have experience and knowledge of Oregon landlord/tenant law
Ability to speak Spanish helpful
Must be available to live on-site
Must be able to work weekends
Well organized and multi-task oriented
Independent worker yet able to follow directions and policies
Must have excellent customer service skills
Duties include:
Rent collection, deposits, showing potential residents available units, screening, office paperwork, resident retention, compliance with property rules and regulations as well as fair housing laws
Approximately 40 hours a week
