Small professional real estate management company seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to assist with our growing portfolio! Interact with prospective and current residents in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Welcome and assist visitors to corporate office
Leasing & Marketing of all vacant and upcoming vacant units
Keeping resident rental records
Need great attention to detail
Assist with the monitoring of competitive market area for rents and occupancy
Assist with monitoring of each property's physical condition
Assist with renewals
Provide effective resident relations
Create and maintain files
On-site visits to units before move-in for quality control
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to listen and resolve conflicts
Ability to multi-task
Approximately 80% in office environment using computer and phone
Approximately 20% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs, ladders, and maneuver walkways
Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service skills and professional development
Experience with basic apartment and home maintenance preferred
Working knowledge of leasing practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, marketing and negotiation skills

Must own a dependable vehicle and have valid driver’s license. Will be required to drive in Washington and/or Portland area in Oregon.
