Summary
Provides general oversight responsibilities for a variety of residential multifamily property management functions including coordination and leadership of site-based staff activities, facilitation of site staffing, management company interaction, lender interaction, operational review, financial review, and property performance monitoring. This is an in-office position.
Qualifications
B.S. degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
Established history of real estate management experience, or equivalent professional activities
Knowledge of property management laws for California; knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Laws; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Knowledge of and experience meeting various government affordable housing programs
Working knowledge of property management software program(s)
Ability to lead and work as a team member as needed.
Ability to travel regularly with some overnight travel expected
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Must have affordable housing experience
Requirements
