Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the activities of other store employees
- Ensure that there is delivery of excellent customer service
- Play a role in recruiting, hiring, training, and development of new employees
- Ensure compliance of employees to company policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory and stock levels
- Provide directives to sales/cashiers associates as at when necessary
- Perform administrative duties as required by the manager
- Assign employees to perform specific tasks
- Provide courteous and prompt resolution of employee and/or customer issues
- Ensure implementation and enforcement of the store’s established daily procedures for operation
- Conduct meetings with staff members in the absence of the manager
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
