Dispensary Sales Manager

We are currently hiring retail superstars to join our management team. We do require either extensive cash handling experience in a tip-based service job such as waiting or bartending or previous industry experience. College and bilingual a plus.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must have at least 4 years of Management experience leading teams of 8 or more people.

Must have at least 5 years experience in a retail setting.

Must have Microsoft Office experience, specifically high level of excel knowledge.

Must have a flexible schedule and willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Pay is up to $45-50K/Annually - ($45-50 K Base Salary + up to $10,000 a year in performance bonuses paid out quarterly).

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales floor to ensure the smooth running of the store.

Ensure employees are performing all duties to a high standard.

Making sure every customer is provided with excellent customer service.

Accomplish department objectives by supervising shift leads and sales staff with daily workflow processes, customer service, inventory and sales.

Audit, track, and verify all daily sales. Document any discrepancies and report/correct those discrepancies.

Perform, track, and train proper cash handling procedures.

Ensure all staff are following company policies and procedures as per the Employee Handbook.

Comply with all State, County, and City regulations

Coach sales staff to achieve performance standards.

Provide feedback and/or disciplinary action when necessary, such as verbal and written warnings.

Oversee policy education and customer service training.

Have a working knowledge of the Inventory department. Including intaking deliveries, accepting incoming manifests, door the floor processes, and binning and labeling practices.

Handle any issues between employees, between customers, and between customers and employees.

Job Duties

Comply with all State, County, and City regulations

Implement procedures established by Managers and Owners

Enforcing quality and customer service standards.

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor free from clutter.

Daily reconciliation of the Master Safe Log.

Perform Red Card Audits, as needed.

Perform restock of inventory.

Assist customers with returns and exchanges.

Oversee the management of the sales floor breaks, lunches, and register assignment.

Maintain a steady workflow during “down time” with side work tasks.

Use headsets as the main form of communication between management, inventory, and sales.

Responsible for ensuring all items on the manager checklist are completed before leaving the store.

Record any deviations to the schedule, including no shows, call outs, and tardiness

Update all spreadsheets for the reporting of sales, discrepancies, write ups, meetings, and compliance obligations.

Answer emails, phone calls, and reviews in a timely manner

Verify all cameras are on, recording, and operating up to WLCB standards.

Create register assignments, break schedules, and down time chore lists.

Replenish ATMs as needed.
