This position is responsible for greeting customers while providing excellent customer service. A Part Time Golf Shop Assistant provides support to the Golf Shop Manager in day-to-day operations. A Golf Shop Assistant typically understands the basics of golf and can provide assistance to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform opening and closing duties
Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages
Organize golf reservations
Inform players of golf rules
Answer customer questions professionally
Keep the golf shop orderly by following housekeeping duties
Restock and organize merchandise
Carry out sales transactions to customers
Complete end of shift reports concerning daily sales
Provide assistance when events are held at the golf course
Operate power golf carts

Salary: $15.45 - $18.00 per hour
